The driver is a digital stepper driver which uses DSP technology as well as closed-loop vector control technology to get the best performance out of your closed-loop stepper motor. Motors driven by this driver produce lower noise, and achieve higher top-end speed and better stability over their analog contemporaries.

    The HBS57 is a reliable and easy-to-use closed-loop stepper motor driver. You can use it for speed and direction control in CNC, robotics and hobbyist applications. You can set its micro-step and output current via the 8 DIP switch array. All signal terminals are optoisolated, reducing the chances of interference/electrical noise.

    For best performance, we recommend a 36V or 48V to use this driver with our Nema23 and Nem24 closed-loop stepper motors.
