Shipping Methods

• What are the shipping options?

Most of the orders are shipped on the same day. Also, our orders are fulfilled by ground transportation and usually, it can take 2-7 days for delivery based on the location of the delivery address. In-store pickup is also available if you want to pick it up on the same day as the order.

• What is the shipping fee?

Your shipping rate will be based on the weight of your products and the destination. You can check the shipping cost on the checkout page. For orders above 1000 INR, shipping charges may be waived.

Payment Methods

• What method of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and UPI-supported payment gateways, e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree, and In-Store payment for your convenience.

• Will I be charged a transaction fee for payment?

No, we will cover the transaction fee of the payment gateway providers.

• What do I do if I am having trouble with a transaction?

Try using a different payment method or reach out to us if you need assistance.

Order FAQs

• How can I update my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, you can do so before it has been shipped - once the shipping label is created, it cannot be changed. If you're having trouble updating your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

• What is a back order?

It's simple – when an item is out of stock, you can backorder it and the item will be sent out as soon as it's back in stock.

Return Policy FAQs

• What are the details of your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return an item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please check our website for more information.

• When Can I expect a refund?

Once we've received your returned item and completed an inspection, you will receive an email notification detailing the instructions for your refund. This process can take up to 7 business days. After these steps have been completed, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, you may also request store credit.

• Do you offer educational discounts?

• Why is my discount coupon not working?

Verify that the coupon is still valid and has not expired. If it is still valid, reach out to us on our live chat and our helpful staff will assist you in getting your discount applied. 

Tax GST

• What GST rate applies to products?

Most items listed come under Chapters 84 & 85 HSN code and the Government of India mandated a GST rate of 18% for them. You'll find the tax rate on the shopping cart page. To view prices of the products with incl or excl tax, simply select either incl tax or excl tax from the Preference tab at the top right corner of the website.

• Do you provide GST exemption for educational institutions/research labs?

Rewards

• What's the value of our reward points?

Registered customers receive 1 point on every purchase of 10 rupees and for example, 100 points are worth 10 INR.

• How can I use my reward points?

You can use them on your next purchase and don't worry, they never expire!
