HGR Bearings are medium-sized, light-weight rail slide blocks that can be used for a variety of applications, including 3D printers, CNC machines, robotics, measuring equipment, and instrumentation. Made with precision and rigidity in mind, HGR linear rails and bearings offer a reliable solution for all your linear motion needs.
HGR Bearings offer high precision and are perfect for linear motion applications like CNC milling. There are two types of HGR Bearings - CA and CC. CA is a standard body which is straight and inline. CC is a wide body. The bearing body size does not change, however, the mounting pad on top is enlarged to allow for a more secure mounting point for your hardware.

Additional Information:
- Please note that the carriage color may vary.
- When installing the block onto the rail, use the rail to push the Support Rail out of the block. This will ensure that the Steel Balls are under tension and have contact with the rail at all times.
- Over-tightening the rail mounting bolts will seriously affect the accuracy and function of the Block.
