Free delivery across India for the order value above 1000 INR, and otherwise standard shipping fee-80 INR is applicable. Most orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days from the day of shipping.

    Shipping & Returns

    We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

    Order Tracking
    We will update your order with the tracking information when the shipping label is created by the Carrier services.

    Shipping Rates
    The shipping rate for your order is calculated based on the weight of your products, and the destination. You will see the shipping cost on the checkout page. Orders above 1000 INR are typically exempt from shipping charges.

    Back Orders
    In the case that an item goes out of stock, we will immediately send you the available portion of your order. Once the item is back in stock, we will ship the rest of your order without any additional shipping and handling fees.

    Standard Return Policy
    There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from dev.imakerstore.com:

    • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • A restocking fee of up to 10% may be subtracted from the refund in some cases.

    There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

    • Opened software*
    • Electronic Software Downloads
    • Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)

    *You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.

    Refunds
    Once we've received your returned item and completed an inspection, you will receive an email notification detailing the instructions for your refund. This process can take up to 7 business days. After these steps have been completed, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, you may also request store credit. If a damaged/wrong product is delivered, you can either ask for a replacement or store credit.

    Replacements
    If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will be happy to provide a replacement. Please note that damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation will void the warranty. To request a replacement, simply raise a ticket from your store account. To ensure a replacement is approved, please provide a description of the fault or damage along with a photo/video confirmation.
