The kit includes
- Leadscrew linear actuators for X, and Y movement, and quantity is based on your selection.
- Cable drag chain bundle; Small size- good for 500x500mm system, Large size-good for 1000x1000mm system. These come with mounting hardware.
- Hardware pack- It includes everything your need to keep linear actuators together.

Travel length calculations:
Effective travel length of a linear actuator= Length of C-beam (axis length) – 120mm (length of gantry plate)
Here's an example:
- If you select an X-axis actuator length of 1000mm and its effective travel distance of 880mm (1000-120).
- For an XY gantry system 500x500mm, the effective working area is 380x380mm. And for an XYZ gantry system 500x500x250mm, the effective working volume is 380x380x130mm.
Note: Although we aim to offer you an accurate length of the actuators, a small tolerance of +/- 2mm in the length is to be expected due to the cutting process.
